There is a small worshop within a workshop here at "De l'Olla".
There is where our founder, Mr. Francisco A. Pérez-Ferrer, isolates himself from the noise of the outer world, and creates unique pieces, all by himself.
No one else is allowed in his sanctuary.
Eventually, about 5 or 6 times per year, we hear some music coming out of his personal worshop, meaning that the Master himself is playing and enjoying the very first notes of a true Master Piece, often state-of-the-art instruments.
Because of this one-of-a-kind process, "by Paco" instruments can't be ordered. Instead, once they're made, they are offered to very special customers, who manifested their interest in acquaring one of those rare and very special instruments.
Also, if you' curious about what is "Paco" short for, it is "Francisco". Monks copying books in the Middle Ages used to abbreviate "Saint Francis, Pater Comunitatis" with "Saint Francis, Pa.Co.". That is it. You're welcome.
